In order to meet the image requirements of the race and ensure that the Formula Student race logo is displayed consistently in the external image, the FSC official will make the following requirements for all FSC vehicle stickers.
Car Number：
Car number needs to be marked on the front and sides of the car in a total of 3 places, with a font height of at least 150mm; Solid fonts (such as sans-serif fonts) must be used. Do not use italics, Outlines, serifs, shadows, or cursive fonts. Width and spacing: at least 18mm(3/4 inch). Only white characters on a black background or black characters on a white background are allowed. Other color combinations are prohibited. The background shape of the number must be one of the following shapes: circle, oval, square, or rectangle. The digital edge should be at least 25mm(1 inch) away from the background edge. The car number must not be obscured by any parts of the car, such as the wheels, body side boxes, exhaust system, etc. For trams, the letter "E" in the train number can be omitted if a white letter is used on a green background, and the letter "E" must be included in the Car number if a white or black background is used.
University Name:
The Chinese name of the University should be placed at the top of the sides of the car, which can be combined with non-Chinese characters. The school name or abbreviation of the school name must be clearly marked on both sides of each vehicle in Chinese at least 50mm(2 inches) in height. The logo should use a color background with high contrast to the font and be placed in an obvious position.
Inspection label :
This label will be attached above the nose of the car. Cars must have an area of at least 25cm wide x 20cm high on the upper surface of the nose along the center line, and this area cannot be blocked by other parts of the racing car.
Other labels - All safety labels (e.g., high voltage warning labels, etc.) required to be affixed in the " Formula Student China Rules" are not subject to other requirements and changes.
China SAE Logo:
China Society of Automotive Engineers logo (at least two): minimum size 30cm x 4.08cm
The Chinese SAE logo must be visible on the front or sides of the car. Stickers with the China SAE logo will be provided to teams on site.
Name Partner Logo Display application (FSEC, FSAC only) :
NIO (at least three) : minimum size 20cm x 7.1cm
Bleeding line: Leave at least 2cm blank on both sides of the mark
Ink color: C78 M82 Y83 K67
Note: Reverse white/ink effect can be done according to the body condition, and can be enlarged or reduced according to the size of the logo.
Strategic Partner logo display application (FSEC, FSAC only) :
CALB logo (at least two) : minimum size 13cm x 4.27cm
Bleeding line: Leave at least 2cm blank on both sides of the mark
Ink color: C92 M76 Y47 K10
Note: Reverse white/ink effect can be done according to the body condition, and can be enlarged or reduced according to the size of the logo
In addition to the "technical inspection label", other identifiers shall be adjusted by the team according to the body design style, and finally sprayed on the participating vehicles. The vector files of the above identified files can be downloaded on the official website. Teams that do not paint the logo as required will not be able to register on site.
