There are more than 190 teams from 7 countries/region registered in 2025. It is necessary to publish a rules appendix to convenient the running and operation on the spot. Teams from other countries need to obey an English rules(FS/FSAE/FSUK,etc) with the FSC rules appendix. Rules Appendix will not require teams redesign completed, but only limit clauses about identification.
